Matt Wagner is an associate in the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation department. Matt strives to provide equitable solutions for clients in the course of any dispute. Prior to joining Dworken & Bernstein, Matt has worked in a variety of fields including internal investigations, cybersecurity and date privacy, employment law, and more. Matt joined the firm in 2023 and is enthusiastic about providing quality representation to clients.

Matt is a native of Northeast Ohio and attended Benedictine High School where he graduated in 2012. He then attended the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. where he majored in political science and graduated in 2016 before returning home to attend law school at the Cleveland State University College of Law where he graduated in 2020.

On a Personal Note

Matt is a Disney enthusiast, and took part in the Disney College Program in 2014. Matt also enjoys cooking and baking and hopes to bring some of his culinary creations into the office on occasion. Matt began following the Eurovision Song Contest in 2020 during the pandemic and has been a fan since.
