Driven by a genuine desire to help individuals and families plan for their futures, Attorney Talia Stewart focuses on estate planning and probate law. Talia’s practice involves crafting tailored estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, to meet the needs and goals of each client. Talia understands that each family is unique, and her goal is to provide compassionate guidance and legal expertise to ensure that her clients’ legacies are preserved for generations to come. Talia also assists clients in probate administration, guiding families through the probate process with empathy and efficiency.

Talia completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland. A native Clevelander, she returned home to attend law school at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, Talia served as the Articles Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review, where her student note was chosen for publication.

In her free time, Talia enjoys baking, cooking, art projects, and spending time with her family and friends. Talia also loves to travel—she has visited 21 countries so far!
