Shmuel Kleinman
Shmuel is a new associate in our Class Action department. He has several years of experience standing up for and defending both employee and consumer rights in Ohio and nationally. He assisted in several of the firm’s complex class action cases involving a wide range of claims, including wage and hour as well as consumer and taxpayer rights. He has extensive experience researching complex factual and legal issues both in Ohio and nationally. He also has experience in Labor and Employment law, assisting
clients with both discrimination and overtime wage claims.
While in law school, Shmuel was a member of the Dean’s Leadership Fellows program and was a recipient of the CSU College of Law’s Dean’s Leadership Scholarship Award. Shmuel also served as Chief Managing Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review and was published by Attorney at Law magazine in 2019.
Shmuel is an active member in his community, and is involved with various seasonal and year-round charitable programs. He also serves on the Board and is acting Treasurer of his local synagogue.
