
Melvyn E. Resnick
In practice for over 50 years, Melvyn Resnick has extensive experience in business, litigation, commercial real estate and estate planning. Most recently he has been involved in federal and state wetland litigation and mitigation matters. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business and Accounting with honors from Ohio University. He is licensed to practice in all Ohio courts as well as U.S. Courts.
Mel’s practice emphasizes real estate, commercial litigation, general business, corporate banking, estate planning, eminent domain litigation, and business acquisitions and sales. He has actively practiced in these areas for over 50 years.
During the last ten years, Mel has become involved in various wetland litigation and mitigation matters involving both the state of Ohio and the U.S. EPA and U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.
