Kristen began her legal career with Dworken & Bernstein, working alongside colleagues in matters primarily involving complex commercial litigation. In 2013, and again from 2015 through 2016, Kristen had the opportunity to clerk for the Honorable Kenneth S. McHargh in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Upon the end of her clerkship, Kristen returned to Dworken & Bernstein, where she continues working in various practice areas including the Class Action Department.

Kristen received her Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2009, where she was honored with several awards for her work on the Cleveland State Law Review (including Editor-of-the-Year and Research Editor-of-the-Year in 2009, and Associate-of-the-Year in 2008), as well as for public service and academic achievements. While in law school Kristen wrote an article chosen for publication by the Law Review, and worked as a Teaching Assistant and a Research Assistant for two of her professors. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bowling Green State University in 2005.
