Juliana Timko Tindall
Juliana Timko Tindall focuses her practice in the areas of general business, real estate, financing, general litigation, and collection work. Her practice includes assisting and counseling clients with regard to general business start-ups; mergers and acquisitions; commercial real estate development; commercial real estate sales and leasing; franchise law; and representing lenders and borrowers in connection with loan transactions and in work-out situations. Juliana also represents the firm and its clients in collection and creditor’s rights litigation.

On a Personal Note:
Prior to and during law school Juliana worked in the Cuyahoga County Office of the Public Defender, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio, the Legal Office of the Ninth District of the United States Coast Guard, and for the Honorable Judge Nora Barry Fischer in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. In Juliana’s spare time she enjoys working out, hiking, skiing, and reading. Juliana is also proud to be a Pennsylvania State Champion in fast-pitch softball.
